I had the pleasure of been a recipient of the 5th Edition of the 100 Most Influential Leaders in Africa awards ceremony by the Pan African Youth Leadership Foundation in Accra.
Selected alongside Anita Akuffo, Kobby Kyei, Alhaji Salami (Afro-Arab), Clemento Suarez and other deserving CEOs and captains of industries across sub Saharan Africa.
Speaking at a panel discussion on the theme: “The Africa We Want” sharing practical experiences that accelerates our effort towards the Africa we want, I shared my journey of been a doctor in the kitchen in spite of missing out on my childhood ambition of been a medical doctor because of losing my parents at an early age and how this experience helped in shaping my future aspirations of a Africa with Zero Hunger, no food waste and poverty-free communities through the @Food for All Africa vision.
